International Breweries Plc, part of the global AB InBev group, is now accepting applications for its 2026 Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program.

This initiative is designed to groom young graduates into future business leaders through a structured and immersive training experience.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the programme, applicants must:

1. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
2. Have a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2)
3. Possess 0 to 2 years of work experience (internship experience is an advantage)
4. Demonstrate strong  communication skills in English
5. Show good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
6. Be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
7. Be open to relocation and working in different locations
8. Exhibit leadership potential, ambition, and a results-driven mindset
