Main Mission
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments for all employees, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. You will also collaborate with various departments to resolve payroll-related queries and support continuous improvement of our payroll systems.
Daily Routine
- Participate in the establishment of the payroll in its entirety (collection of variables, calculation on Excel, and uploading to the payroll software)
- Explain payroll to employees who will need clarifications
- Prepare tax and social security declarations (CNPS and CMU)
- Calculate the termination fees for end of contracts
- Ensure the efficient monitoring of the drafting of employment contracts for local employees
- Ensure the pre-registration phase for resident cards for expatriate workers as well as follow-up for the transition to the photo phase
- Ensure the collection of documents for local expatriate contracts as well as the monitoring of the various phases of their establishment in collaboration with the firm in charge
- Carry out the various reports in real time
Knowlege
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Mastery of the labor code and all implementing texts
- Knowledge of human resources management
- Proficiency in English language,specifically the one of payroll, accounting, and taxation

Education
Bachelor’s degree (BAC +3) or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields.
Experience
Between 3 and 5 years especially, in the oil and gas sector.
